How do I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way which will include a tracking number. With that tracking number, you will be able to keep track of your shipment.

Do you offer gift receipts?

We do not offer gift receipts.

How is sales tax calculated?

We charge sales and use tax according to the Federal and State guidelines and shipping address. The taxes presented at the time of the order are an estimate and may vary once the order ships. The payment information used for the purchase will be charged the appropriate amount at shipment.

 What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
